Is that not that well? With that being said I was personally dissapointed in the movie once I saw it. I expected it to bring back the Terminator series, but it killed it. The whole movie is the same stuff we see over and over again. Typical action movie, lame succesor to an excellent action series. that's all I gotta say without giving away anything. Arnold carried this series the first 3 movies, none of the actors arguably had a "pressence" in this movie to establish itself as a flagship of the decade as the 1st 2 terminators had done. |

I think people were putting too much emphasis on Arnold being in the movie. I know that he was the essence in the first three movies, but people have to move on. The terminator movie had good action in it , and the actors did a fine job. Kyle Reese was up to date on the character. Also, there were new characters to enjoy. The movie was a good one, but I guess people need Arnold to be satisfied. |

I think it had nothing to do with Arnold missing a lead role. Although, Christian Bale lacked acting strengths that turned many of his other movies into favorites. Arnold on the other hand executed acting strengths in the 1st 3 movies which declared a unique action hero (and villain). Christian Bale did not. That's only one reason the movie deceived (me). I think it does because I've read reviews and a lot of users miss Arnold being in the film. He was a big part of what the movies signified in the first series. People just need to get over it and move on. |

Can't forget that this movie is totally different than the other three, which is why I loved it, the other three we basically just hear about the war against the machines, now in this movie we finally see the war and see many different machines which is great. |

That's their opinion, but not mine. Then again maybe Arnold could have been "a little more forgotten" if the current acting cast strengthened their skills. Sure this movie had alot of flash and noise. But that shouldn't cover the fact that the actors had to dissapoint and the writers had to botch a potentially good script. a script that had 3 decades of brainstorming behind it! All I expected was a better movie. Hopefully the next sequel(s) will recapture the flag. Edited by Mc Esse, May 29 2009, 10:38 PM.

I thought the movie was an OK movie at best but I do expect better things for five and six when they develop Kyle Resse's character more I saw thimove as being kindof a set up for 5&6 Personally i cant wait to see the relationship that Connor forms with Reese. |
